Micro Adjuster

I needed a router fence adjuster that was accurate and repeatable for box joints, shelf slots, and tenons.
I found the Incra Jig that was adjustable in 1/32" increments and is very repeatable.

My first try, was originally done when the router table was mounted on the East Wall bench, there was not room to let the Incra Adjuster stick out behind the table so I mounted it side ways.   I made a few boxes with this and it's a neat thing to do!
Now the Roll-Around-Router Table allows me to rethink the micro adjusting jig.   The micro adjuster only has a 7" max distance, so I made the base adjustable and added the notch so I could have a greater distance to the routed slots.   This takes advantage of the Rockler router table's side Tee Tracks.   The slots in the micro adjuster's base match those in the Rockler router table.

Construction
12" x 30" sawed out with slots cut on either side.

Closer look at 3/8" slot.

I put two 1/2" pegs on the back of roll-around router table cabinet to store the alternate fence.

Note the enlarged hole at the back end of the Rockler router table's tee slot so you can remove the fence easily.

Now I have sawed out the front notch in the adjuster base.

Note the slot is exactly 11/16"

The HFrame fitted into it's notch in a front leg of an end table.   The notch was cut with the micro adjuster.

Micro Adj Storage
The micro adjuster fence, stored on a couple of pegs behind the roll-around router table.   I screwed a 1x2 to the wall, into two studs, and glued in 5/16" pegs.   Note the power receptacles above the micro adjuster are ISnsrs (Current Sensors) for the Dust Auto system.

One of the storage pegs.   You can see the end of the 1x2 (dark green) behind the micro adjuster fence base.

The left side storage peg.   I only had about 2" open wall space behind the router table.
