Filter
The filter cartridge is 65mm OD, 40mm ID, and 45mm hi.
Since I can't find an exact match, it appears the best thing to do is replaceboth filters.
The threads into the heads are 1/2" NPT, and there are a lot of filters on Amazon that will fit and they have replacement cartridges for them.

Oil Change
Compressor Oil: 20 or 30 weight, non detergent, not engine oil.
It took about 16oz. (≅500ml) to fill the compressor's crank case.
|
Red circle is the oil fill cap, Green circle is the sight glass (should show cover 1/2), and Blue circle is the oil drain.
I started out with oil from Chicago Pneumatic, the primo American pneumatic tool company, they should know compresseors.

Close look at sight glass showing oil level. It took a little over than 16oz. (≅500ml), about 1/2 qt., to fill the compressor's crank case.

Funnel used to fill pump's crankcase.
This is the smallest funnel in the set, It's tip will actually screw partway into the compressor's oil fill hole.

Check The Belt
The belt is a 48" 1/2" V-belt.
D&D Power Drive: A46/4L480 V Belt, A/4L, Rubber, 1/2" x 48" OC.
The belt's span is 13.5"
According to this doc when new, the deflection should be 13.5/64 = .21" with 5.4Lbs of force.
When the belt has worn the deflection should still be .21" but with 3.6Lbs of force.
