There are at least three types of drawer fronts that I build.   I usually make flush drawers to make bench fronts clean, only the pull sticks outg.   I use lipped drawer fronts when I need to maximize the drawer's capacity.   And overlap drawer fronts are more decorative, like furniture in the house.
