Simple Eggs Bene

Betty and I don't go to the trouble of making Eggs Benedict all the way, each morning, but we do make a Simple Benedict plate often.
We frequently (see pics) use a piece of toast (or you can slice a croissant or muffin) as the base.
You can spread hollandaise over the egg, Yum! Yum!
You can also generously sprinkle bacon bits over the egg.
And or add a slice of ham (thick, not shaved).
I have even used brown and serve sausage instead of ham and bacon.
Prep time is about 5 minutes per plate.

| 1 | Tsp | Butter |
Directions

| 1 | Toast a piece of sandwich bread. |
| 2 | Spread 1/2 butter over toast |
| 3 | Fry an egg, in 1/2 butter, over easy or sunny side up. |
| 4 | put fried egg on toast |
| 5 | Eat um up ---- GOOD! |
